Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You don't need a card. Checks start within minutes, and your first action plan arrives within 24 hours.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. We ask you to pick a plan. If you don't, your checks pause and your data is kept for 30 days.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. First-time subscribers get a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email hi@sitesignal.app within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. See the refund policy.
What does "BYOK" mean?
BYOK means Bring Your Own Key. You connect your own AI provider API keys, and you pay the provider directly for that usage. SiteSignal charges you less for the platform in return. Expect about $1 per buyer question, per engine, per month. For example, 20 questions on one engine costs about $20 a month.
What's the difference between SMB (BYOK) and SMB?
The features are the same. On SMB, SiteSignal pays for the AI access, so there is nothing to set up and no usage bill. On SMB (BYOK), you use your own keys and pay $89 a month instead of $299.
Can agencies try it before paying?
Yes. Agencies can start with a free partner account and send up to 10 branded AEO reports to prospects every month. Move to the Agency plan when you win a client. The agency calculator shows your costs and margin.
How do extra domains work on the Agency plan?
The Agency plan includes 3 client domains for $399 a month. Each extra domain costs $89 a month. You can add one at any time. There is no separate contract.
Can I check a client in more than one country?
Yes, on the Agency plan. AI answers change from country to country. Each extra country costs $49 a month per client domain. You can add one from the dashboard at any time.
What is a "buyer question"?
It's a question your buyers might ask an AI engine, like "best accounting software for small agencies". SiteSignal asks each question across all 4 AI engines, records the answers, and uses them to build your plan. SMB plans include 30 a month. The Agency plan includes 60 for every client domain, not shared.
Do I still need Semrush or Ahrefs?
Keep them for Google rankings and backlinks. SiteSignal covers what those tools don't: what AI engines say about you, the facts they get wrong, and what to fix each week.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Stripe processes every payment. SiteSignal never sees or stores your card details.
