These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DreamCore 360 LLC regarding your use of the SiteSignal Service.
2. Service Description
SiteSignal provides AI visibility tracking, brand mention monitoring, website health audits, uptime and SSL monitoring, and white-label reporting tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
SiteSignal checks publicly available information: public web pages and the answers AI engines give. You may monitor your own domains, your clients' domains, and competitor or prospect domains, for example for AI visibility tracking, competitor comparison and prospect reports. You agree not to reverse engineer our systems, overload or disrupt monitored sites or our service, or use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities. Abuse of free trials is prohibited.
5. Billing and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your website data. By using SiteSignal, you grant us a license to process and analyze this data solely to provide our monitoring services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is." DreamCore 360 LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Surviving provisions include liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
