Refund Policy

This policy explains how trials, payments and refunds work for SiteSignal, a product of DreamCore 360 LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

Every SiteSignal plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You don't need a card to start, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. We ask you to pick a plan. If you don't, your checks pause and your data is kept for 30 days.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If SiteSignal isn't right for you, email hi@sitesignal.app within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

3. How refunds are paid

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

4. AI provider costs on BYOK plans

On plans where you bring your own AI provider keys (SMB BYOK and Agency), you pay the AI provider directly for that usage. Those charges are billed by the provider, not by SiteSignal, so they are outside this policy.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions are billed in advance.
