3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to monitor domains you do not own, reverse engineer our systems, or use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities. Abuse of free trials or system disruption is strictly prohibited.

5. Billing and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your website data. By using SiteSignal, you grant us a license to process and analyze this data solely to provide our monitoring services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is." DreamCore 360 LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Surviving provisions include liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
