5. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Payment Terms

Billing and Payment

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DREAMCORE 360 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

The arbitration will be conducted in English and take place in the United States. Each party will bear its own costs and fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DreamCore 360 LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
